Customer Acknowledgment & Project Terms

The Customer acknowledges that quartz slabs may contain variations in color, veining, pattern, texture, and thickness. These natural variations are inherent characteristics of the material and should be expected.

1. Cabinet Preparation

All cabinets must be permanently installed, secured, and properly leveled before templating and installation. Craft Counters is not responsible for leveling or adjusting cabinets.

2. Pickup Orders & Customer-Provided Measurements

For pickup orders, the Customer is responsible for providing an accurate template, drawing, and measurements. Craft Counters is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements or information provided by the Customer after production has begun.

3. Seam Placement & Appearance

Craft Counters reserves the right to determine seam placement based on fabrication and installation requirements. While reasonable efforts will be made to coordinate color, pattern, and veining at seams, an exact match or continuous pattern cannot be guaranteed.

4. Job Site Requirements

Access to water and electricity must be available at the job site so Craft Counters can complete any necessary installation detailing. Some residual dust may occur during installation. Customers should cover or remove furniture, appliances, and other items they wish to protect.

5. Cancellations

Orders canceled after templating but before production are subject to a $100 template fee, plus any applicable delivery, travel, or toll charges. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun or after installation.
